Nationwide Delivery
We proudly ship vintage furniture across the continental U.S. using a network of trusted carriers who specialize in furniture transport. We offer white glove delivery for every piece of furniture. This means the item will be delivered to your home to the exact location of your choice. Every piece is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Timing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item’s size, weight, and destination. Most deliveries are made within 2–6 weeks of purchase, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. You will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery details once your order is in transit.

Multiple Items & Oversized Furniture
Purchasing multiple pieces or oversized items like armoires, cabinets, or large tables may require extra coordination. These shipments may take longer to schedule and could incur additional handling fees. If your order includes several items or particularly large pieces, we’ll contact you to confirm logistics and any extra charges.

Additional Delivery Fees
Please be aware that remote delivery locations, limited access areas, stair-only buildings, or special delivery requests may result in extra charges. If you anticipate any challenges with delivery, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order so we can help make arrangements.

Local Pickup 
We offer local pickup in Abilene, TX by appointment during store hours. Please choose local pickup when checking out if you're local.

Tracking & Delivery Coordination
Once your item ships, we’ll provide you with tracking details or carrier contact information so you can coordinate directly with the delivery provider.

Vintage Condition Disclosure
Due to the nature of vintage and antique furniture, variations in condition are expected and contribute to their patina, character and value. Each of our pieces are hand selected and meet our standard for condition. Please review all descriptions and inspect images carefully before purchasing. We want you to be completely satisfied with your piece, but do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

No Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of vintage furniture and the complexity of shipping large or fragile items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Please reach out before purchase if you have questions about a piece, need additional photos, or would like more information about its condition.

Damage During Shipping
We take great care in packaging and coordinating safe delivery, but on rare occasions, damage may occur in transit.

  • Report damage within 48 hours. Please contact us at orders@oakstreetonfirst.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Include photos of the damage, so we can assist with filing a claim through the carrier.

While we cannot guarantee replacement for one-of-a-kind items, we will do our best to work with you and the shipping provider to find a resolution.
